NAPs under development

Currently, 32 countries are developing a NAPs on business and human rights. Countries such as Argentina, Malaysia and Vietnam are well advanced in the development process, and in some cases adoption is planned in the near future. Some states such as India, Honduras and Liberia officially announced their intention to implement a NAP in 2018, but concrete plans for further development or a planned date of adoption have not yet been determined.
