In the National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (NAP), the human rights due diligence obligations of companies for global supply and value chains are set down in a fixed framework. The Federal Government would like to help companies implement human rights due diligence. In this context, it has collected various forms of implementation support, which provide companies with the necessary know-how and offer assistance with concrete challenges. This overview is updated regularly and does not claim to be exhaustive.

Information, advice, training and networks

A wide range of information, advice and training services on corporate due diligence is available for interested companies. Numerous networks also help with implementation. The various organisations and the services they provide are presented on the pages that follow.

Guidance documents

In the implementation of the NAP, guidance documents can provide initial orientation and support.
