Hinweis: Die Veranstaltung findet in englischer Sprache statt.
Engaging meaningfully with stakeholders is a core principle of human rights due diligence. It results in better risk management for companies and more effective prevention and remedy for rightsholders. But how can companies apply this principle in practice? Even though meaningful stakeholder engagement is required by the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and similar frameworks, challenges and gaps in implementation remain.
Building on the work of the sector dialogues, we aim to share good practice and demonstrate how to transform principles of meaningful stakeholder engagement into practice. This event will bring together businesses, civil society, rightsholders, trade unions, academia and political institutions. You can expect expert insights, networking opportunities and deep dive sessions on implementing meaningful stakeholder engagement in different steps of the due diligence process.
